Air Powered Swing Clamp Cylinder Automatic Fixture for Mass Production Aluminium Alloy Material
Features:
1. This product is universally used in mass production parts and machining center fixtures to improve production efficiency.
2.When the air cylinder is actuated, the clamping arm will rotate to the design angle during the piston downward stroke, and then continue to clamp down along the straight line until the clamping arm clamps the workpiece.
3.When using air powered swing clamp, please install flow control valve to avoid too fast speed and do not clamp the workpiece during the swing stroke to avoid damage to the cylinder and internal parts
4.When the the length of clamping arm needs to be increased , please do not exceed 1.5 times the original length.
5.The cylinder material is made of aluminum alloy, the surface is heat treated, the inner wall surface is smooth and the service life is long.
